2022 Annual Celebration - Recap
This past Sunday, Mental Health Advocacy Services hosted its 2022 Annual Celebration. We feel extremely honored to have been joined by so many new and old supporters, friends, and family to celebrate three wonderful women who have made outstanding contributions in the field of mental health.
Thank you for helping make our first in-person event in three years a huge success through your sponsorships, ticket and tribute purchases, and donations. Your contributions directly support low-income folks with mental health disabilities by providing them with a free attorney to help them obtain and maintain their housing, public benefits, and other supportive services needed to thrive.

2022 HONOREES
This year, Mental Health Advocacy Services had the privilege of honoring the following mental health advocates:
Adriana Alejandre (LMFT & Founder of LatinxTherapy) with the Jim Preis Memorial Award
Dr. Devika Bhushan (Former Acting Surgeon General of California) with the Advocates Award
Sally Zinman (Pioneer of the Peer Mental Health Movement) with the Lifetime Achievement Award. This award was presented posthumously and was accepted by CAMHPRO Interim Executive Director, Andrea Wagner.
